Testimonials

I was one of the quilters that came to your shop yesterday on the bus trip. I want to thank you for the warm welcome, the friendliness of you and all your staff (including the adorable baby who was so good!), and for your generosity. It was my first trip but definitely not my last to your shop. The shop is lovely, well lit and your fabric selection is great. Thanks for adding to the joy of our trip.

Barb’s Bulletin - May 2019

Dear Quilters,

I’m happy to announce that we have six new classes for the month of May!

The Jelly Roll Rug patterns have been so popular with all of you that they’ve come out with a round one! Ruthann will be teaching the Colossal Round Rug in May.

Irene will be teaching a Jay Bird Pattern called Lotus using the Hex N More ruler which I know many of you have. It’s versatile because you can choose from a baby to a king size. Irene is going to be a busy gal - she’s also teaching Camilla which is the third quilt taught from the Stripology Mixology book. Again, this one is versatile because you can choose from a wall to a king size. They both are stash friendly.

Many of you have asked for a smaller Judy Niemeyer design. Karen has chosen Poinsettia. You can make a 20” round or a square quilt.

Our third ‘mystery teacher’ is teaching Lil’ Stella which uses the Stripology Squared Mini ruler. There will be one more tablerunner in this series but you can still join in if you haven’t yet done so.

Yours truly will be teaching the “Think Spring! Workshop” again beginning May 14th. Thank you for making it such a popular class. In the future I’ll be doing Think Summer!
Think Fall! And Think Winter! to complete the series.

I just want to say once again Thank You for being a shopper at Mt. Pleasant and letting us fulfill your quilting needs!

Until next time…
Sewingly,
Barb
