Welcome to Mt. Pleasant Quilting Company!
We are your one stop destination quilting shop with over 3,500 bolts of 100% cotton quilting fabrics including flannels and batiks, from most of the major fabric companies. We have an extensive “book & pattern nook” with over 400 titles of books and patterns for you to peruse. If you’re looking for kits, you have come to the right place! We also stock several notions that every quilter needs as well as notions that simply make the hobby of quilting easy and fun. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, we can order it for you. We provide superior longarm quilting machine services: custom, heirloom, and edge to edge quilting, plus basting and binding services. We also make custom quilts for those who wish to order a quilt completely finished.

Dear Quilters,
Happy Spring and pre-Summer to you! I’m excited about this newsletter, but really I’m excited about each one when I write because I try to plan different things to satisfy all the different tastes and desires that you have so your “quilting addictions” can be fulfilled. I hope I’ve succeeded!
We have many classes (39 to be exact…what was I thinking??) and exciting Special Events planned. Read the write up under the Special Events Section. You will find Shop Hops, a new “Book-n-Quilt” event that will take place every newsletter, a great talk-discussion regarding our health, the return of Quilt Market to York because of popular demand, Free Sew dates, and a “Fun in the Sun” event that Patty Cline and I have planned together.
I hope this finds you well! Please know I will gladly listen to any suggestions or comments you may have about the shop. They can relate to classes, policies, customer service, or anything else you may have on your mind. After all, if it weren’t for you, Mr. Pleasant Quilting would not be here.
